New 25 Cavity Cupcake Insert

We have just introduced a 25 cavity cupcake insert to go inside our heavy duty cupcake box which now gives our customers the choice of either carrying 25 or 30 cupcakes in one transported box.

We have produced this new insert after customer feedback stating that whilst the 30 cavity insert worked well with standard cupcakes it didn't work quite as well with more elaborately decorated cakes due to the small gap between the holes. With this new insert we hope to solve this problem by reducing the box capacity down to 25 but increasing the minimum gap between the holes from 5mm to 17mm thus allowing more room around each individual cake.

This new 25 cavity insert has also been made out of a corrugated board rather than a single cardboard sheet, giving more support for your cakes but at no extra cost to our customers.

These 25 cavity inserts along with the 30 cavity inserts are available to order online with the heavy duty cake boxes, simply select which insert you require before putting the cake boxes in your basket.

Tamper Evident Bucket

Finally after many enquiries and many months of searching we have been able to source a clear tamper evident bucket and lid with a white handle. This clear plastic bucket has a capacity of 5 litres and works in the same ways as the rest of our tamper evident containers, once the lid has been attached it can then only be removed by breaking the tamper evident tab on the side.

Sold in manageable packs of 25 we hope this product can be the answer to many of our customers larger packaging needs. Pallet quantities are available along with a 10 litre bucket (pallet quantities only), quotes upon request by email.

Printed Plastic Shot Glasses

At Cater For You we have just had two of our virtually unbreakable polycarbonate plastic shot glasses printed at the request of a customer, the Kandahar Bar in St Anton, Austria. The 25ml remedy plastic shot glass and 50ml straight plastic shot glass have been branded with the Bars name along with lines and 2cl and 4cl for use out in Austria. These lines are not certified with a CE marking but are a very close guide to how much liquid is in the glass.

Salad Containers

We have just taken our first delivery of the new Olivine bowls and lids with the Press and Dress feature which are perfect for salads and many other cold take away foods and give a different option to our other ranges of salad containers.

The unique design allows for dry ingredients such as salad and wet ingredients such as dressing to be packaged together but also kept apart to be combined later by the customer after purchase. The design works by allowing a 2oz deli pot to fit neatly and securely in the underside of the lid to be removed when required. The bowls have been designed to be easily held in one hand and with the lid on they can be stacked one on top of another in the fridge or chiller cabinet.

These bowls, lids and deli pots are manufactured by Solo in the UK from crystal clear post-consumer rPET (recycled PET) and are easily recyclable, they are available to buy on-line today.

We have just increased our range of food packaging by adding a whole new line of products, Linstar polystyrene trays from Linpac. This range of white polystyrene or EPS trays is ideal for packaging fresh meat, fish and veg as when wrapped with clingfilm they display the produce to your customer whilst keeping the food sealed.

Manufactured in the UK by Linpac Plastics, a BRC approved manufacturer these Linstar trays have a built in absorbent pad inside the base of the tray to help keep any moisture away from the produce itself.

We have introduced 4 of the most popular sizes however if there is a specific tray that you are after then please let us know as we may be able to bring it in and keep it as a stock line for you. These polystyrene trays are all in stock and available to buy on-line today.

Our daily operations will be disrupted on this day due to planned maintenance by our electricity supplier, meaning we will be without power and telephones for some of the day. The liner uses oven-safe technology to prevent baked and burned-on food sticking to gastronorm trays, suitable for both GN1/1 and GN1/2 size trays up to 65mm deep. Once the food has been cooked and served, simply dispose of the liner. The grease goes in the bin, not down the drain, and the tray just needs a quick rinse before it's ready to use again

Weather Delays

Paper Soup Containers

We have just added a range of thick paper soup containers to our range of food packaging. Ranging in sizes from 8oz up to large 32oz containers, we hope to offer a paper food container to meet all hot food packaging requirements.
